Forrest brings his experience to the real estate industry as a savvy business professional. Prior to joining real estate, he enjoyed a long career in business; “as the CEO of a service company with over 13,000 customers, negotiating many projects on behalf of our customers was something I really enjoyed doing.” More recently, Forrest came to the real estate industry from the vacation rental business. While sourcing vacation rental properties in South East Florida, he realized all of the benefits Floridians enjoyed with such great weather, accessibility to some of the best beaches and affordable living.

“As an area resident working with clients, I treat their needs as my own; thus aligning our collective mission to get the best deal I can for them.” His approach to working with clients is pragmatic: “I work on identifying what the best approach is to streamlining the purchase or sale for my customers.”  His goal is to take much of the burden associated with real estate transaction off of his customers.
